This 3D printed item replaces the wide original blade insert to reduce tear out and allow for cutting thin strips of stock reducing the risk of them falling between the blade guard.
Smooth surface to allow material to easily slide over it.
The design allows you to swap out the 5 original screws in the original insert plate directly into the new one.
Also comes with a 3D printed latch to secure it safely to the saw.
Fitting
Simply lower the blade insert the zero clearance insert using the 4 smaller screws to level the plate to the bed of the saw. Turn the saw on and slowly raise the saw blade until the first cut is made.
The yellow colour may differ depends on material supply.
