As we all know the stock mitre gauge bar isn’t the best on the evolution rage 5s. Also with its oddly sized t slot it’s difficult to find a replacement.
So I have designed a replacement part. With threaded inserts allowing you to easily swap all of the original screws and bolts from the existing mitre gauge.
I have deliberately made these tight so that with a small amount of sanding everyone can get the tightest sliding fit required.
